Hi, I'm Amber — founder of The Ease Index and an organizational development consultant with over 10 years of experience building systems that work for real organizations, real teams, and real life.
I've spent my career inside some of the most complex institutions in the country, managing $15B in operational transactions, leading 40-person teams, and designing workflows for federal agencies. I've supported global public health initiatives, guided nonprofit leadership teams through strategic planning, and helped executives build the operational infrastructure their organizations need to grow.
My deepest belief has always been simple. When your systems work, everything works better.

I did not start The Ease Index after years of chaos. I started it because I have always thought in systems and I have always believed that the right structure changes everything.
The same principles that make organizations plan and run better, clear planning, reduced decision fatigue and intentional design, are exactly what most leaders and organizations are missing.
