Following the sudden passing of the firm's principal in April 2026 assumed full project management responsibility across all active client engagements spanning nonprofit strategy, global public health, and executive advisory services. Managed sensitive client communications, stakeholder coordination, and project continuity during a time-critical and deeply human transition. Maintained all client relationships and delivered all outstanding commitments on time and to standard.

A global health initiative needed an independent qualitative assessment of its partner network to inform strategic planning and a major grant renewal.
The Work
Managed all partner outreach and scheduling. Served as documentation lead across all focus group discussions. Completed full qualitative analysis and authored the final synthesis report.
Outcome
Delivered a publication-ready strategic analysis report informing the May 2026 global partner convening and Bloomberg Phase 3.0 grant proposal.

A nonprofit housing organization embarking on its first ever strategic planning process needed structured facilitation and documentation support across multiple sessions to align senior leadership around organizational priorities and a clear path forward.
The Work
Supported facilitation and documentation across four strategic planning sessions, producing session notes, action trackers and planning materials for senior nonprofit leadership.
Outcome
Delivered foundational session documentation and planning materials supporting a Supervisors Convening and five year strategic plan, providing senior leadership with the tools needed for continued alignment and organizational progress.

Financial Systems and Operations Consulting
Evolve Physical Therapy
Challenge
A multi location physical therapy practice needed greater financial visibility and a consistent framework for owner compensation.
The Work
Designed and built a rolling financial dashboard and owner's draw framework tracking monthly revenue, appointments, and profit margins across both locations.
Outcome
Delivered a complete financial visibility system giving the owner a real time picture of business performance and a sustainable approach to personal compensation.
